I never had the chance to go Esplanade and admire the view of the Marina Bay Sands ever since I got my dslr. Armed with my new 10-22mm, I just have to shoot this photo. Being able to take ultra wide certainly has its perks!

This particular scene was iconic right before MBS was constructed. One could easily identify this is indeed Singapore just by one glance.

Nevertheless, it’s still popular simply because it’s the heart of Singapore’s financial district. Our very own Wall St, if you will. =)

Soapy, err what?

Suggestive name, but Soapy.sg stands for School of Advanced Photography. Seems that this school was launched yesterday, I happened to attend the seminar (largely cause it was FREE!) and there were 5 award-winning (one of them was Russel Wong!) Singapore-based photographers who shared their experiences in going full time.

While I was glad to attend this free seminar and after seeing a real pro at work with studio lighting and whatnot, I knew this path is going to be interesting but a really difficult one.

Universal Studios

Personally, I have always felt that the ticket price for Universal to be a tad too expensive. @ $70+ per ticket, I couldn’t justify myself to go in. Nevertheless, standing in front of the gate is always FREE! =)

It’s my maiden visit to the Resort World Sentosa. It’s been opened for quite sometime but I never got around to actually the time to come here.
