haven’t gone for swimming for a looooong time. caught up with greg and gin yesterday for swimming session. we were supposed to go for running but because i had sprained my left foot while bowling on wednesday, i figured i should shouldn’t aggravate the condition further.
anyway, signs of muscle overstretching was visible after only the third lap. damn i’m like a freaking softie can! targetted to swim 10 laps for the night, it seemed like an almost impossible task. kept pushing myself to swim a lap after another. finally did it and eventually went up to 16 laps!
am feeling the soreness on my arms particularly on my left. >,< geez i gotta keep exercising regularly. dun really like the feeling of soreness.
edit: a thought jus came to my mind about days in a week. notice how the nouns carry the same first letter of each day.

| thinking tuesday | after slacking on mondays due to the blues, feeling guilty about not working 100% and decided to put on the thinking cap and work the hell out. |
| weary wednesday | probably the fuel overburnt and causes the mind to be weary on wednesday. i don’t know, but midweek always seem to be draggy… |
| tiring thursday | brain juice left probably about 10%. efficiency level probably 1 in 5. argh it’s too tiring to think of anything! |
| finally friday | finally reached the last working day of the week. what else can we look for? muahahaha. miraculously, the energy fills up the mind, bursting the efficiency level to 150%. most likely, it’s due to NOT wanting to overtime on fridays, hence clearing the week’s workload. *evil laughter* |
| superb saturday | definitely one of the best days in the week. not sure about the rest, but i don’t work on saturdays so it’s a good day to rest after a week’s work! |
