nothing from panasonic this comex09. so didn’t get my tv there. went to the show today saw that there were pioneer booth. looked at the dvd player, wasn’t much of a “discount”. only $10 off the retail price. pioneer booth was organised by harvey norman, so probably that’s why there wasn’t much sales. blue ray player, retail $699, offer $649. sheesh..
next, went to samsung booth and decided on the 2433bw. comes with razor mouse + $20 vouchers, but missed the movie vouchers that they were offering earlier though. =\ anyway, FINALLY got my first LCD after many years since lcd became mainstream. lol.. took a good look at the samsung 17″ crt monitor, smiled and shake head.
also spotted a $5 logitech playgear psp fat casing and grabbed one. lol. was looking around for a rumoured $48 lg slim portable dvd writer for my imac but couldn’t find the booth. seen another item that caught my fancy.. the acryan play-on fullHD media player @ $379 with 1TB hdd. not too bad, but kinda out of budget. probably can kiv till next year..
