flu crisis

was reading a bit of news during the lunch hour. CNA reported 2 new cases of the H1N1 virus bringing to a total of 17 cases as of today.

coincidentally, there was a website link at the bottom of the article, and so i tried to view the site and showed up with this. very interesting.

did the flu caught up online? geez.

if there’s ever one commodity out there for sale that i’d spend my entire fortune investing on, it’s gonna be TIME.

feeling the pinch of losing every second of my life and awfully envious of other people having all the time in their world to waste. yet, time isn’t something we can trade or borrow. well depends on the context where professionals charge by the hour but that’s a different story.

with things coming together, pressure rising, stress increasing; one can’t help feeling lost track of time. geez. it’s easy for people to say, “oh that’s cos you didn’t manage your time properly”, but everytime someone say that, it doesn’t actually help. in fact, that person is letting you blame yourself!

in any case, on a separate issue, i’ve been looking into google analytics, tracking visitors to my site. i’ve even seen tracking allowed for flash sites. however, my boss is rather adamant about using too much flash, javascript etc. it has been getting on my nerves that we should develop websites for people without javascript-enabled browsers. *argh* and now he’s rejecting whole flash site just because _he_ thinks analytics doesn’t work well with flash. *shrugs* one fine day, i’m gonna freaking prove him wrong!
